BABYMOON!!!!!!!!!!

We just returned from our Babymoon--a fabulous weeklong getaway in Sanibel Island, FL, courtesy of our wonderful family friend, Traci.

It was truly the most relaxing vacation we have ever taken--we slept in, sat by the beach, floated, napped...and repeated. And of course we went out each night for a fabulous dinner! Our only "activity" was an evening cruise at the Ding Darling nature preserve, where we were lucky enough to see three manatees swimming in their natural habitat. It was VERY cool!

Here are some pics from our trip!

If you can't tell from the pics, Darth had a big growth spurt while we are away...so below is your almost 30 week belly shot!!

And finally...we returned home to find our front garden in full bloom! Nick took the opportunity to start building our patio(s), and just about finished the small patio off of our kitchen stairs. We hope to build a similar, but much bigger patio, all along our deck out back!

Our josta decided not to embarass us this year...and is growing one of those sprocket thingies like all the other neighborhood jostas.

Here is a little shot of the whole lush garden...who knew we could make things come back for a second year!??!?!?!

And finally FINALLY...BIG CONGRATS to Hart, who graduated from his MBA program on Friday. We now fully expect him to take over the world, or at least become as rich and famous as Donald Trump, but with better hair!

Baby Registries and such

You asked...so here goes. We have registered for baby stuff at the following places:

Babies R Us (search under either of our names)
Amazon.com (search under either of our names)
Gracobaby.com*

Since we don't know what Darth is (well, we are expecting a baby...but we don't know if Darth is a boy baby or a girl baby), we haven't given much thought to nursery decor or baby fashion. We do think that green, red, orange, turqouise, black, brown, and white are all unisex colors, just to name a few.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. We probably will shrug our shoulders and go "hmmm, I dunno, we haven't thought of that yet" but thats ok...ask anyway!

*(At Graco we just have a 'wishlist', and the only thing on it is Darth's carseat, the Graco "Snugride" in the Green Tea pattern...apparently it is only available in that pattern on the Graco website or at select Sears stores)
