Sprintime with the Clarks
Long time, no update...that's because we have been a very, very busy family!
If you haven't heard the news, Mikaela is now staying at home with Falon full-time. We made this decision after a lot of thought, and decided that our lives would all be much easier and happier with a stay-at-home-mommy. It has been an easy transition, and Mikaela has started to blog about it; you can follow her blog here. (We will continue to update this page with details about our lives, too!)
Falon is 5 days away from being 8 months old. My goodness, time has flown by! Our little man is really on the move now, with a ridiculous crawl that is a cross between an army crawl, a regular crawl, a caterpillar wiggle, and a few foot pushes here and there. He is FAST and determined. He is also a big fan of solid foods...so far he's eaten (and loved): avocado, sweet potato, apples, bananas, peas, carrots, string beans, pumpkin, acorn squash, broccoli, aspargus, blueberries, and mango.
We are loving this spring weather, and we have some very exciting plans for visiting friends and family in the next few months!!

Our weekend in review
We had a wonderful, relaxing weekend, filled with some first for the Tati-man.
There was a beautiful sunrise on Saturday morning (yes, we were awake to enjoy it!)
We actually got to spend a day at home. Falon spent some time playing with the camera...here is his first shot (not too shabby!)
And, he joined in on the family tradition of taking self portraits...
On Sunday we headed into DC to meet some of Mikaela's college roomates for brunch. Tati had his first ride on the metro
We walked around Eastern Market with the girls (and Nick and Kevin)
And had a happy ride home!
It was an EXAUSTING outing!!

6 Months...ALREADY!?!?!
In less than 12 hours, our sweet Tati-man will be 6 months old. We cannot believe how fast time has flown!
